Free Diabetes Education Sessions in Haitian Creole

Lakay Accès Santé (LAS), in collaboration with the Diabetes Foundation, is pleased to share an important opportunity for your Haitian Creole-speaking clients living with diabetes.
Participants are invited to register for a free, 4-session Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) workshop series, offered entirely in Haitian Creole. These interactive sessions will provide culturally tailored education, tools, and support to help individuals take control of their health and live well with diabetes.
The first session begins on Tuesday, November 18, and there are only 4 days left to register!
